Peplink MBX Mini is built for deployments that need enterprise-grade performance in a small footprint especially where uptime, multi-path connectivity, and powered edge devices matter. With 2× 5G cellular modem interfaces, 2.5Gbps router throughput, and integrated Wi-Fi for Wi-Fi WAN and/or AP, it’s suited to mobile branches, field operations, temporary sites, and vehicle-based connectivity where primary links are unpredictable.
For resilient networking, Peplink MBX Mini supports key SpeedFusion capabilities including Hot Failover, Smoothing, Bandwidth Bonding, and SpeedFusion Connect—helping maintain sessions and reduce the impact of packet loss or link drops. It is rated for 600Mbps SpeedFusion throughput (no encryption) and 500Mbps with 256-bit AES, so you can align performance with your security requirements.
On the wired side, you get 2× Gigabit Ethernet WAN and 4× Gigabit Ethernet LAN ports. Critically for edge rollouts, it supports PoE Output up to 6× 802.3at PoE+, enabling a cleaner installation by powering IP cameras, APs, sensors, or other PoE endpoints directly from the router (power requirements depend on the PSU configuration).
SIM operations are engineered for scale: Peplink MBX Mini lists support for RemoteSIM (SIM Injector), FusionSIM, Peplink eSIM Data Plans, and BYO eSIM, giving you multiple ways to standardize carrier management across fleets or multi-site programs. Centralized visibility is supported via InControl 2 Cloud Management and InControl GPS Fleet Management.
